RULES - PLEASE READ

Hello Families,
We have had a lot going on in our gym the last couple of weeks. It seems that rules arent clear so please read thoroughly below.
As we do not have staff or volunteers to police the Gym, please be responsible for your children outside of their designated times, and thus help us enforce these rules to ensure all children have the best classes and experience with RC.

Reminder about Gym Rules: 

  • Come prepared for class and arrive on time. 

  • Wait for class to commence before entering the training area. 

  • Stretch mat is ONLY for the upcoming class to begin stretching. 

  • No parents or siblings are allowed on the gym floor or training area.  Only athletes DURING their practice time.

  • Athletes must leave the floor after their class is done. Parents must pick their children up on time at the end of class. Late parents will receive a warning and then a fine for repeated lateness

  • No food or beverages are to be consumed on the gym floor or training area. This includes chewing gum, candy, food and water. 

  • No outside shoes can be worn ON ANY EQUIPMENT

  • Athletes must wear appropriate clothing to the gym and hair must be tied back and away from the eyes. 

  • Absolutely NO jewelry may be worn to practices. Please do not bring these items to the gym.

  • Children and parents are not to disrupt a class in session or a coach that is working.

  • Parents are asked not to direct or speak to children while in practice. Let coaches coach.

  • All injuries must be reported to your Coach immediately no matter how insignificant the injury seems and/or whether or not it is cheer-related.
