COVID Protocol - update Jun 28

The safety of staff, athletes, and their families is of the utmost importance to us!

We must work diligently together to follow the below protocol. Please read carefully!

We have prepared this protocol per recommendations made by key stakeholders including:

BCCDC, Province of BC, BC Cheerleading Association, Cheer Canada, and WorkSafeBC.

Anyone not following protocol WILL be declined entry.

  • Arrive 5 minutes before class ready to go

  • Parents to remain IN cars (only athletes inside gym)

  • Parents must stay in the parking lot or have allocated another parent to be a point of contact for their child. Teams are welcome to organize a single parent for emergencies each day

  • Anyone entering the gym must be pre-registered with up-to-date contact information in Amilia (onsite registration not allowed)

  • Please note that staff are no longer able to do last minute / same day registrations. Set up your summer and book way in advance for Multipass Classes - you can cancel one day in advance but can reserve for the whole summer now!
