Arrive 5 minutes before class completely ready to go, shoes changed, water only in hand, line up on a mark.

Zoom should not be used for any other reason.
CLEANING / FACILITY SET UP
Staff on site will sanitize equipment and commonly used surfaces between classes or as needed/required by public health.
Shoes sprayed with disinfectant upon entry and hands sanitized
Each athlete will be assigned their own specific space and equipment
Large floor area is cleaned daily
Staff wear masks while working inside
CLOSURE POLICY
In the event that a facility full closure is required, all regular classes will move to virtual programming and may include slight schedule changes. It is our intention to avoid any changes to the schedule wherever possible.
Cancelled Day Camps and single day workshops will be credited to accounts for future use.
Any programs that we can move to online in the event of a closure will be just so.
We understand that in these times, virtual alternatives are the best solution and thus remains our policy. We are happy to be able to offer continued activity to foster some level of normalcy for our members in the event of isolation/closure.
REOPENING AFTER A CLOSURE
Once given the green light to reopen, some time (1 to 2 weeks) may be required to prepare for reopening with any updates or changes to previous protocols to ensure the safety of all members and staff.
All changes will always be communicated by email or Band to our members. Please ensure your contact info is up to date.

HEALTH ASSESSMENT SCREEN
Under the new protocols and process, before classes, it is your responsibility to do an assessment of your/your child’s/children’s health, prior to attending. That assessment needs to include a full review of all symptoms listed on this health checklist (updates will be made, as required).
Does your child have any of the following:
Fever
Chills
Cough or worsening of chronic cough
Shortness of breath
Sore throat
Runny nose
Loss of sense of smell or taste
Nausea and vomiting
Diarrhea
Headache
Muscle aches
Fatigue
Loss of appetite
Has anyone in your household been asked to isolate during this timeframe?
Has anyone travelled outside Canada within the last 14 days?
If you answered “YES” to any of the questions, and the symptoms are not related to a preexisting condition (e.g. allergies), your child should NOT attend.
If you/your child is experiencing any symptoms of illness, contact a healthcare provider for further assessment – this can include calling 8-1-1 or a primary care provider like a physician of a nurse practitioner. Anyone experiencing symptoms must not come near the RC building until assessed and symptoms have resolved. If you answered “YES” to question 2, use the COVID-19 Self-Assessment Tool to determine if you should be tested for COVID-19: https://bc.thrive.health/covid19/en
