I have read and understood the below and agree to all terms.
All current policies are posted on our website, updated regularly and must be abided by. All members should check back regularly for updates. In the event that the facility is required to close or change format due to covid or other outbreaks of this nature, programs will be adapted, spread out, or moved online until the time where reopening is possible. This will be in lieu of in person classes during that time. Wherever possible in these situations, in-person classes will be provided as first priority with options to video in.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION/INSURANCE FEE
All Students will be charged a $45 annual base fee/membership. This fee is good for one year or until you drop out of a program, in which this membership will be cancelled.
Missed or cancelled classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays. You are responsible for payment for your student's classes whether or not your child attends class.
WHAT TO WEAR
athletically appropriate attire (tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Tights/sweats. something perfect for up-side-down). All students should have activity-appropriate INDOOR ONLY footwear during class. Cheer and Parkour programs must have shoes, gymnastics may have bare feet. Personal items should be left outside of equipment areas. Jewelry should not be worn during classes.
The facility and staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your child's belongings are taken home at the end of each class.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
(in normal situations - not the same during covid19 regulations - please ensure you are up to date at all times with covid procedures available on our website.) Please escort your child to and from the building to your car and make it a habit to view BAND notices, get updates from coaches and the like. During peak times parking can become crowded. Please take into consideration that our athletes may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your child running to and from your car.
Early pickup is a disruption of practices, please avoid it - especially for competitive programs.
Parents should make a habit of dropping their children at the doors.
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before his/her scheduled class time.
Please pick up your child on time!! Please inform us if an emergency arises and if you know you will be late picking up your child. Please respect that staff are unable to stay late to watch children, either at closing time or during other practices. Late pickups may be subject to a charge of $1 per minute. Repeat late pickups may result in cancellation of registration without refund.
